Grand Sierra Resort is the site for all conference activities.
AMUG has negotiated an attractive rate of just $159/night that also waives resort fees during the conference (Sunday, March 15 – Thursday, March 19). See details below.
Make Your Reservation
Reserve your room before the deadline of Thursday, February 26, to get the AMUG rate. Note that the stated rate does not include county taxes or the tourism surcharge fee.
Attendees, please note that AMUG recommends a checkout date of Friday, March 20.
Our agenda includes a farewell dinner gathering of all attendees on Thursday evening that you do not want to miss.
Weekend rates of $279/night (plus tax and surcharge) apply to Friday and Saturday reservations. However, AMUG has reserved a limited block of rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis at a discounted rate of $159/night for attendees who choose to arrive early and stay Friday, March 13, and/or Saturday, March 14, prior to the conference. To book your discounted weekend stay, select “AMUG Rate w/Weekend Discount” from the dropdown list* prior to clicking “Make Reservation.”
*Once the limited block of weekend discount rooms has been consumed,
this option will be removed from the reservation portal. All subsequent
room bookings for March 13 and 14 will revert to the $279 rate.
Neither AMUG nor the AMUG Conference Hotel will reach out to solicit rooms. If you are contacted by a third-party company regarding hotel reservations, please ignore the request to prevent fraudulent scams.
